Planning Meeting Audio Feed - Barrow Hill Development

The TVBC planning meeting regarding the Barrow Hill Development takes place on 3rd April at 5.30. It is expected that there will be a large turnout for the meeting which may limit access to the meeting. There is an audio feed provided for planning meetings and you should be able to listen to the meeting using this link once the meeting starts: Test Valley Borough Council

TVBC LISTENING TO MEETINGS GUIDANCE

All meetings can be listened to online via a live audio stream which provides only audio and does not include any visual access to the meeting. As well as listening to the audio stream, recordings of meetings that have finished can also be accessed and after the close of the meeting for a period of 6 years plus the current year.

To listen live to a meeting, or access an archived recording, please select the meeting on this page TVBC Committee Meetings Audio and go to the date of the meeting you wish to access. Once you have selected a meeting, a play bar will appear on the page. You can listen to the recording by clicking on the white play icon within the light blue box. Further guidance on using the play bar can be found in the guide 'how to listen to meetings' which can be found here guidance.

Please note that if you are listening live to a meeting, the audio recording will not begin until the meeting has commenced. Whilst the recording of the meeting is 'live' there is a fifteen second delay in the audio stream. The audio player will not stream any items contained with the agenda that are exempt and therefore not open for the public to attend or listen to.
